Vixen Beauty by Aurora LLC is an exclusive studio, open by appointment only! No walk-ins are allowed or accepted. All appointments must be booked online. Our services are meant to enhance the natural beauty of your features. There are no facial sculpting or otherwise dramatic enhancement services performed.

Due to the nature of our detailed, artistic services, we request that you do not bring any guests with you during your appointment. Boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands or wives, friends, family members, pets and children are not allowed in the studio during your session and will be asked to wait in the waiting area.

Consultations

Consultations are mandatory and is performed immediately before the initial procedure. This allows for your artist to familiarize herself with your skin and come up with the best plan of action to enhance your own natural, beautiful features. Any clients with work performed previously by a different PMU artist must schedule a virtual consultation prior. Detailed photos of the previous work must be emailed to VixenBBA@gmail.com to review during the consult. Any fees charged for a consultation will be applied to future appointments. If fees are charged for a consultation and you do not show up for the appointment or cancel in less than 48 hours, your fees may be forfeited to the Salon at the Artist’s discretion.

Be Prompt

We kindly request that all first-time clients arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and get settled in. You can find our studio located  inside the Salon Suites of Plainfield at 24016 W Main Street Studio 10 Plainfield, IL 60544. Please call 708-737-3615 when you arrive.

Due to the high level of service that we provide to each guest, any client who is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment without notice, will have their appointment automatically canceled and the cancellation policies will be enforced.

Payments

Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle are accepted.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm all permanent makeup appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

Any fees charged for a consultation will be applied to future appointments. If fees are charged for a consultation and you do not show up for the appointment or cancel in less than 48 hours, your fees may be forfeited to the Salon at the Artist’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy thoroughly before booking your appointment. We request that you give 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in enforcement of our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations

At Vixen Beauty by Aurora LLC, we provide the highest level of personalized service for all of our clients. When you book your appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and your beauty needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so 48 hours in advance so that the artist may have the opportunity to schedule another client.

Cancellation Fees and Forfeiture

Any booking fees or consultation fees will be forfeited if a client fails to show for their appointment. 

A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to any client who does not give 48 hours’ notice before missing their appointment.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the service price will be charged to any client thereafter who does not give 48 hours’ notice before missing their appointment.

Late/No Shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, Vixen Beauty by Aurora will cancel the appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service fees.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice may not be given the opportunity to reschedule at the Artist’s discretion.

Refunds

Vixen Beauty by Aurora LLC does not offer refunds for canceled or missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or displeasure with the service. If you are worried about potential allergic reactions to adhesives, pigments, or skin care products, you may request a consultation and patch test.
